• Once your payment is processed, orders typically take 5-10 business days to prepare for shipment.

 

 

• USA: Standard delivery times can range from 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• International: Delivery times vary widely by country but typically range from 5 to 20 business days. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees.

 

 

• International Orders: All prices are exclusive of import duties, taxes, and charges. These additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient and can cause delays beyond our control. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

 

 

• Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the link provided.

 

 

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

• Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. Please refer to our return and refunds policy for more information

International shipping

 

• Duties and Taxes Not Included: All prices shown are exclusive of any import duties, taxes, and charges that might be levied once the package reaches your destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• UPS Handling: We ship our products using UPS for international orders. UPS may assist in customs clearance but does not cover the cost of duties and taxes.
• Estimation: Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore, we recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing an order.
• Payment of Duties/Taxes: Upon delivery, you might be required to pay duties and taxes before the package is released. This payment is made directly to the customs office or delivery agent, not to us.
• Delays: Please note that these charges can also cause delays beyond our control. We strive to provide the most accurate delivery estimates, but customs clearance can sometimes extend delivery times.
• Refunds: If duties and taxes are not paid and the package is returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and upon receipt, we will process a refund minus any shipping and handling fees.
