We CNC-route plastic and composite sheet up to 5 × 10 ft, laser-cut and engrave on a 50 × 36 in CO2 bed, mark metal on a 30 W fiber laser, UV-print full color up to 98.4 × 51.2 in, and 3D-print the brackets and fixtures that tie it together — all from your file. Quotes in one business day; most jobs ship 5–10 business days after approval and payment. Project minimum $2,500.

Which process for which material
The material decides the machine. Here is the whole table.
Most plastic-part problems start with the wrong process: a laser on polycarbonate, a laser on PVC, ink on untreated HDPE. This is how every material in the shop is cut, marked and printed — and where the answer is no.

UV printing is CMYK on a Mimaki JFX200-2513; outdoor parts are laminated over the print. We do not cut metal, mold parts or install.

The quote
A PDF with every line visible: parts, setup, engineering, freight. Anything in the drawing that will not survive is flagged on the quote, before you order.
Payment
Businesses pay by card or ACH at order; W-9 on request. Government agencies and schools can order on a PO with net terms on orders of $3,000 or more.
Receiving
Parts masked, labeled by part number, with a packing list that matches the order. Certificate of conformance on request. First-article inspection on production runs.

Questions we get
Straight answers.
Do you make one-off prototypes or only production runs?
Both. A prototype, a first article or a production run each quotes as a project, with a $2,500 minimum and no tooling charge. On a production run, a first article is cut and measured before the rest of the run.
What files do you need?
A DXF at 1:1 with the units stated is ideal, with artwork as vector PDF, AI or EPS if the part is printed. A dimensioned PDF drawing or a sample part works too; we redraw it and show the CAD time as its own line on the quote.
Can you laser-cut polycarbonate or PVC?
No. A CO2 laser chars and yellows polycarbonate, so we route it. PVC is never lasered because it releases hydrogen chloride, which corrodes the machine and is a health hazard. Both are cut on the CNC router.
What tolerance do you hold?
We state tolerance after measuring a first article on your geometry, not from a brochure. Mark the dimensions that matter on the drawing and those are the ones we measure and report.
Do you take purchase orders?
Businesses pay by card or ACH when the order is placed, which most purchasing departments process like any other vendor; a W-9 is available on request. Government agencies and schools can order on a purchase order with net terms on orders of $3,000 or more.
Do you work outside California?
Yes. We ship nationwide, packed flat by parcel or crated by LTL freight for oversized parts. We do not install.
