The brackets look like the wrong size, or the holes don't line up with the panels. Did I get the wrong parts?

Almost always this is orientation, not the parts, on every enclosure line including the galvo laser enclosures. The panels mount to the outside face of the corner brackets — the bracket sits on top of the panel, on the bracket's outer face. If you've been attaching panels to the inside faces, the holes won't line up. Flip it around so the bracket sits on top of the panel on the bracket's outer face. With the bracket mounted on the outside face you'll see that the holes line up correctly.

Where are the assembly instructions and files?

Written assembly instructions and an example walkthrough video are linked on each product page. Print files for the printed parts are shared from our file repository once your order is placed; the link is in your order confirmation email. If you can't find it, send your order number and we'll resend it.

What are the black blocks with screws in my kit?

Those are hinge stoppers. They limit how far the door swings open. The hinge-stopper diagram in the instructions shows where they go.

My lid riser moves a little. Does it need glue?

Yes. The pressure fit gives some stability, but the panels will still come apart without adhesive. Use Gorilla Clear contact cement or hot glue. CA glue can work, but only in minimal amounts at strategic spots.

A panel is damaged or cut wrong. Can you replace it?

Cut errors are very rare, and panels can often be flipped or reoriented to put a handle hole, port, or exhaust opening where you need it. If a panel arrives dented, chipped, or broken, or a reorientation won't give you a clean result, we cut and ship a replacement. Send a photo and your order number.

I'm missing a few screws, or they're too short for my panels. What now?

Send your order number and which hardware is short and we ship it the same day. No panel remake needed.

Can I get spare hinges for my spool holder?

Yes. Spare printed hinges for spool holders ship free; tell us how many and we'll add them to your shipment.
