Do you do custom acrylic cutting and UV printing?
Yes. We CNC-cut and UV-print acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, and ACM for signage, displays, nameplates, layered art, and parts. To quote a cut + print job, send in one message: finished size and quantity; material and thickness; print side (second-surface on the back of clear acrylic, or first-surface); artwork files (vector PDF/AI or high-resolution PNG) and any white underbase needs; and the ship-to ZIP or country and timeline. How does layered or stacked acrylic art work?
Each layer is printed on the back face of clear acrylic so the gloss surface sits in front of the ink, with a solid white underbase behind areas that should read opaque and reduced white under fine features that should stay translucent. All panels are cut from one program and printed against the same corner datum so the stack registers. Send the background with 1/8" bleed on every side, and send standoff hole locations if the piece hangs on standoffs — we cut them through all layers at no charge. You approve a digital proof, white layers included, before anything is cut. Layered pieces ship 10 to 15 business days after proof approval and payment.
Do you make LED edge-lit shelves and displays?
Yes. Edge-lit LED quick shelves start at $269, mini edge-lit shelving at $59, and custom-size edge-lit LED shelves are priced on dimensions, acrylic thickness, and LED type, with one controller included. Custom UV-printed lightboxes, LED mobile bars, and display cases are on the site as well. Do you make tables or workstations for enclosures?
Yes. Workstation tables are cut to match a specific enclosure, with the table top extending half an inch past the enclosure on every side. The H2 XL table is 26" tall on purpose: a 38" enclosure on a normal 30" bench puts the top hatch about 68" off the floor, and on this table it sits at 64" where staff can see into it and reach it. Options include a full-height storage cabinet with smoked acrylic doors, a keyed cam lock (keyed alike across multiple tables), and locking casters. Tables are quoted per unit and ship within 15 business days of the order; they ship by freight, so tell us whether your delivery address has a loading dock.
