Payment, Purchase Orders, and Sales Tax

How do I pay?

Checkout takes credit card, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. If you need to pay by ACH, say the word and we'll set it up. Every enclosure is built to order, and production begins once payment clears.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Orders are paid at time of order by card or ACH, and we're happy to reference your PO number on the invoice. If your organization's purchasing process requires something different, email us with the order details and we'll work it out with you directly.

Can you send a quote my purchasing department can use?

Yes. Ask for a written quote and we'll send a PDF with a quote number, valid for 30 days, plus a checkout link that a purchasing department can complete directly. Institutional buyers can request a W-9 with the quote.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is collected on orders shipping within California. Tax-exempt institutions: send your exemption certificate and no sales tax is charged on your order.
