-Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. -To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. -We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee for parts that are no longer in new condition. These examples apply: Acrylic Panels that have had the protective mask peel off. Fans and filters that have been used before return. -Custom items are not available for return -Shipping charges from returning the item and charges for shipping the order out that were paid by Clearview will be deducted from the order's final refund. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
