What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels with masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged (after shipment) or the protective mask is removed, we cannot offer a refund.
Why is an enclosure necessary for UV printing?
UV printing produces VOCs and UV light that can be hazardous. Our enclosure isolates fumes, blocks UV exposure with amber panels, and protects against dust, ensuring a safe, clean workspace.
How does the enclosure prevent printhead clogging?

-Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. -To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. -We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee for parts that are no longer in new condition. These examples apply: Acrylic Panels that have had the protective mask peel off.
