2. Room Readiness Guide
Pre-installation checklist covering space requirements, electrical specifications, ventilation routing, fire safety, temperature/humidity targets, and workstation layout. Complete this before your equipment arrives to avoid costly rework and ensure your facility meets requirements from day one.
3. Maintenance & Inspection Guide
Ongoing compliance documentation with scheduled inspection tables, ventilation system maintenance procedures, air quality verification guidance, cleaning protocols, troubleshooting, and a 6-month fillable inspection log. OSHA requires maintenance records be kept for a minimum of 3 years — this document keeps you organized and audit-ready.

How It Works
All three documents are delivered as editable .docx files. Fill in your facility name, equipment models, and specific operating parameters in the clearly marked fields. Print, file, and present to your EHS department, safety auditor, or facility inspector.
This is a baseline category-level document pack applicable to FDM/FFF printers from all major manufacturers — Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa, Anycubic, Ultimaker, Stratasys, and others. Machine-specific versions with pre-filled specifications are available separately.

-Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. -To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. -We reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee for parts that are no longer in new condition. These examples apply: Acrylic Panels that have had the protective mask peel off. Fans and filters that have been used before return. -Custom items are not available for return -Shipping charges from returning the item and charges for shipping the order out that were paid by Clearview will be deducted from the order's final refund. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Downloadable software products * Some health and personal care items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Book with obvious signs of use * CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@clearviewplastic.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International orders include brokerage fees for customs. Duties, VAT, taxes, and other fees may need to be collected prior to delivery. Every country and local is different so we cannot provide an exact estimate of these fees.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
