Clearview's SLA and Resin Printer enclosures are designed for a healthier, safer, and improved printing environment. The version 2.0 enclosure has an open front and top door design for easy hood and model removal. The HeyGears UltraCraft ChairSide Pro is a DLP printer for small-batch dental production, and at 556 mm across it is wider than the doors on our XL and XL+ cabinets. Our XL Widebody size has the 590 mm door it needs. The recommended size is: 27.5″ Wide x 23.6″ Deep x 33.5″ Tall (700 x 600 x 850 mm)

A dental printer runs resin every day, usually in a lab or operatory shared with staff and patients. Uncured resin gives off vapor, and it doesn't stay over the vat — it moves through the room. Our SLA enclosures contain and concentrate what comes off the machine so a duct fan or filter can deal with it, keep dust off wet parts, and with our UV blocking amber panel option cut the ambient light reaching the vat.

Sized for the ChairSide Pro

The ChairSide Pro measures 556 x 363 mm and stands 754 mm (29.7″) tall. The XL Widebody's 590 mm door clears the machine's full width, the 850 mm cabinet height leaves headroom above it, and the frameless front and top corner opens as one piece for unobstructed access to the platform and tank. More About the Clearview Infinity Enclosure

Our main objective was to give your equipment an unobstructed view from any angle. At the same time, our enclosures offer easy access with a magnetically latched front door and a cable port to route all your connections. Side doors are available on one or both sides for access to ports and power switches.

We also have adapted options for our Carbon Air Scrubbing filter and vibration dampening feet. The Carbon Air Scrubbing Filter uses a silent fan to pass air through a carbon filter and reduces fumes and smells. Our Vibration Dampening Feet use a multi material lamination that dissipates vibrations at 5 different levels.

We offer a black/white color option for the brackets and fittings. With your purchase, we also offer STL access to these files so that you can print these fittings in the colors you want. ADDITIONALLY, with your purchase, we also offer the STL files of future attachments and accessories for your enclosure. If we come up with a mod, you get access to it for free!

We have set up a few buying options to fit your needs:

1 - Enclosure kit - Includes all the parts you need to set up your enclosure including hardware, printed parts, magnets, and commercial grade panels.
2 - Enclosure kit with Carbon Filter - Our carbon activated air filter is a nearly silent, air scrubbing filter that reduces fumes and smells.
3 - Panels and hardware Only + You print parts: This option is great if you want to print in your own colorway. We'll send you the panels and hardware (screws + magnets) and STL files for you to print the parts.
Every enclosure can also be shipped assembled, tested and ready to run (extra cost, palletized freight). Standard delivery is a flat-packed kit.

Will the HeyGears UltraCraft ChairSide Pro fit?

The ChairSide Pro measures 556 x 363 x 754 mm (21.9″ x 14.3″ x 29.7″). It is wider than the 480 mm and 520 mm doors on our XL and XL+ sizes, so the XL Widebody, with a 590 mm door, is our recommended size.

What is your return Policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels that still have the masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged (after shipment) or the protective mask layer has been removed, we cannot offer a refund. For best results in ensuring fitment and to ensure you like the setup of our enclosures consider at least partially assembling with the mask on. If you find out it isn't for you, this allows you to get the return for a full refund.
