A UV printer works on your air even when it isn't printing. Its automatic cleaning cycles run heavy-solvent fluids overnight, on idle and at startup, ink mist and odor build during every job, and the printhead, the most expensive part of the machine, is at the mercy of the room's dust, temperature and humidity.
The Clearview enclosure puts the Morpho UV printer in a finished, controlled station. Fumes stay contained around the clock so a filter or exhaust can deal with them, dust stays off the media and out of the carriage, and you get a defined space to hold the conditions the printhead was built for with your own humidifier, dehumidifier or heater. It's a panel kit CNC-routed in California.

Clean media, steady conditions
Dust on the media is a defect in every print, and debris near the head is a clog waiting to happen. The enclosure keeps the print surface and the carriage clean, and buffers the machine from drafts and swings in temperature that change how ink lays down.

Manage the conditions the head was built for
The printhead is the most expensive part of the machine, and it performs best and lasts longest within a set temperature and humidity range. The enclosure gives you a defined space to hold that range. Put your own small humidifier, dehumidifier or heater inside and it works on the box, not the whole room. Fewer clogs, fewer head cleanings, and more life out of the part that costs the most to replace.
And then you open the door
A sealed box with nothing moving the air just stores fumes until you open it, then releases them into the room all at once. That's why these enclosures aren't gasketed. The filter or exhaust keeps air moving through the enclosure the whole time, so the air inside is being treated, not saved up for the moment the door opens.

- When will the enclosure be available? Our enclosure will start shipping 14 to 21 days after we receive our Kickstarter unit. This will allow us confirm our final design. Preorders will be fulfilled first and then general orders after the this will need an additional 10 to 14 days for production.
- Will it work with the optional accessories? Yes, we are sizing this to work with the larger bed travel, the roll to film attachment, and the rotary. We've generously sized the enclosure to allow the doors to fold out, fit the attachments, and account for important functions of the printer.
- Will the exhaust affect the print drying? Our fans have a speed control so that you can control the circulation in the enclosure. Every workspace is different so expect some adjustment to get the best fume mitigation and print performance.
- How long does the exhaust fan last? It is rated for 67000 hours or 7.5 years if on 24/7
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels with masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged (after shipment) or the protective mask is removed, we cannot offer a refund.
Why is an enclosure necessary for UV printing?
UV printing produces VOCs and the fumes can be hazardous. Our enclosure isolates fumes, blocking exposure laser cut panels, and protects against dust, ensuring a safe, clean workspace.
How does the enclosure prevent printhead clogging?
Stable conditions via a digital sensor, and dust protection minimize ink curing, reducing clogs and extending printhead life.
