Hand your safety officer a finished starting point, not a blank page.
Add the document pack to your enclosure and you get a machine-specific document set the day it ships — written for the process your machine actually runs, referencing the OSHA, Cal/OSHA, ANSI and NIOSH standards that apply to it. Editable, yours to adapt, and written by the company that builds your safety hardware.
Read it before you buy it.
We publish a full sample so you can judge the writing yourself. Download the sample pack (PDF) →
This isn't a fill-in-the-blank IIPP. When you add it to your enclosure you receive the document set written for the specific machine your enclosure is built for — the real hazards of that process (fumes, particulate, thermal, laser class, or chemical), the controls that apply to it, and the standards that govern them.
Standards referenced: OSHA 29 CFR 1910 (PPE .132, Eye/Face .133, Respiratory .134, HazCom .1200, Lockout/Tagout .147) · Cal/OSHA Title 8 §3203 (IIPP) · ANSI/UL 2904 · NIOSH 2024-103 · ANSI Z136.1 for laser equipment.
All five documents are delivered as editable .docx files with your machine's specifications pre-filled throughout. Add your facility name, serial number, installation date, and safety officer designation in the marked fields. Print, file, and present to your EHS department, auditor, school administration, or inspector.
If your reviewer comes back with questions in the first 90 days, send them over and we'll take a pass at it.
These documents are an informational safety framework. They are not legal advice, not regulatory certification, and not a guarantee of compliance. Clearview does not certify, test, or list equipment to any standard. Standards are referenced for context only. Your employer remains responsible for verifying that everything here aligns with current federal, state and local occupational safety regulation.
If what your reviewer needs is third-party certification, physical testing, or a PE stamp, this product does not provide it — and we would rather tell you that now than after you buy. If you need documentation built around your specific room, process, or review, contact us and we'll quote that as its own piece of work.
Clearview enclosures are in service at facilities including Lockheed Martin, Apple, MIT, and U.S. national laboratories.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
