Clearview's CNC enclosures are designed for a quieter, cleaner, and safer machining environment. The PRONAX Forge and Spark bring true 5-slot automatic tool changing and a 2.2kW spindle to small shops — and with that comes serious noise, fine dust, and flying chips. The PRONAX is built to run multi-tool jobs start to finish without you standing over it. That's exactly when containment matters most: a 2.2kW spindle cutting hardwood, MDF, or aluminum generates continuous noise and a cloud of fine dust that settles on everything in the shop. Our enclosure knocks down the noise, keeps chips off your floor, and gives you a 4″ port to connect your dust collection or exhaust outside — plus a wide rubber grommet to route power, the VFD control box cables, and your dust hose cleanly.

Sized for the PRONAX Forge and Spark

The PRONAX Spark measures 968 x 1225 x 510 mm (38.1″ x 48.2″ x 20.1″) and weighs 62.3 kg (137 lb). The PRONAX Forge measures 1168 x 1125 x 510 mm (46″ x 44.3″ x 20.1″) and weighs 68.5 kg (151 lb). Our enclosure houses either model with room above the 20.1″ frame for the spindle, 5-slot ATC rack, dust shoe, and drag chain, and space to route dust collection through the 4″ port. The external VFD control box and 7″ touch controller stay outside the enclosure where they're easy to reach and away from dust.

More About the Clearview CNC Enclosure

Our main objective was to give your machine an unobstructed view from any angle while containing what a 2.2kW spindle throws at you. Magnetically latched doors give quick access for tool rack loading, workholding, and cleanup, and the cable port routes all your connections.

We also offer options for our Carbon Air Scrubbing Filter and vibration dampening feet. The Carbon Air Scrubbing Filter uses a silent fan to pass air through a carbon filter to reduce fine airborne dust and odors. Our Vibration Dampening Feet use a multi-material lamination that dissipates vibrations at 5 different levels.

We offer a black/white color option for the brackets and fittings. With your purchase, we also offer STL access to these files so you can print fittings in the colors you want. ADDITIONALLY, you get STL files of future attachments and accessories for your enclosure. If we come up with a mod, you get access to it for free!

1 — Enclosure kit: Includes all the parts you need including hardware, printed parts, magnets, and commercial grade acrylic panels.
2 — Enclosure kit with Carbon Filter: Our nearly silent, air scrubbing filter reduces fine dust and odors for those in sensitive environments.
3 — Panels and hardware only + you print parts: We send panels, hardware (screws + magnets), and STL files so you can print in your own colorway.

FAQ

Will both the PRONAX Forge and Spark fit?

Yes. The enclosure is sized for the larger dimension of each model — up to 46″ wide (Forge) and 48.2″ deep (Spark) — with clearance above the frame for the spindle, ATC rack, and dust shoe hose.

Does it help with noise?

Yes. Enclosing the machine meaningfully reduces spindle and cutting noise, especially the high frequencies. Combined with dust collection routed through the 4″ port, it makes ATC production jobs far more tolerable in shared spaces.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels that still have the masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged (after shipment) or the protective mask layer has been removed, we cannot offer a refund. For best results in ensuring fitment, consider at least partially assembling with the mask on.
