Built to order · Quoted per build
Every TruMark enclosure is engineered around your laser, your parts and your floor. Send us the TruMark model and serial, what you're marking and where it will sit. You'll get a general-arrangement drawing and a written quote.
The TRUMPF TruMark 5020, 5050 and 7050 are TRUMPF's fiber marking lasers: a 1062 nm source from 20 W to 200 W, a separate marking (processing) unit, and a supply unit joined by a plug-in laser light cable. They mark the codes and serials automotive and medical device programs trace parts by. At that power the open beam is a Class 4 hazard. The wavelength is invisible, reflects off the metal you're marking, and passes straight through clear acrylic and polycarbonate.
TRUMPF sells complete Class 1 TruMark Stations with a new laser. This is for the TruMark already on your floor: a laser pulled off a line, bought as a beam source for integration, or one that needs a layout a standard station doesn't offer. It's an opaque aluminum-composite enclosure or a complete workstation, built to your processing unit, with door interlocks planned into the laser's safety circuit, a 1064 nm laser-safety window, and extraction sized to what you're marking. The laser itself is never touched.
Marking anodized aluminum, coated steel, composites or beryllium copper puts fume in the room. For beryllium copper, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1024 sets the exposure limit at 0.2 µg/m³. The person loading parts all shift breathes whatever the enclosure doesn't capture. Every TruMark build includes a source-capture port at the mark and an exhaust port sized to your extractor (4" or 75 mm). A commercial-grade Donaldson BOFA extractor package is available when you want assurance, not just reduction.

Earlier-generation units differ in size. We confirm every dimension against your laser before we cut.
Earlier fiber and IR TruMark lasers with a separate marking unit: TruMark 5040, TruMark 5070, TruMark 3020 and TruMark 3130, plus the TruMark 6020 and 6130. The 3D TruMark 6030 runs at 1030 nm; we confirm the window data against that wavelength at quote. UV and green TruMark lasers (TruMark 3330, 6330, 3230) are quoted separately with a window matched to their wavelength.
TRUMPF already sells TruMark Stations. Why this?
TruMark Stations are complete Class 1 systems sold with a new laser. This is for the laser you already own, or one going into a layout a standard station doesn't cover: long stock through side doors, two lasers in one housing, a supply unit and extractor in the same footprint.
Will this make my TruMark a Class 1 laser?
No enclosure sold on its own does that. Laser classification belongs to the finished laser system and its manufacturer under 21 CFR 1040.10. We build the protective housing and interlock provisions your safety plan calls for. Your laser safety officer gets the drawings, materials and window data for the ANSI Z136.1 evaluation. If your program needs a certified Class 1 system, tell us at the start and we'll plan it with you and your laser vendor.
Can you build it before our laser arrives?
Yes, from TRUMPF's published drawings for your model and generation. We confirm the mount and working distance against your unit before final assembly.
Do you install or commission the laser?
We build and ship the enclosure with its drawings and interlock wiring diagram. TRUMPF or your integrator commissions the laser, which keeps its certification and warranty with the company that made it.
POs and net terms?
Yes. We accept POs, ACH and cards, supply a W-9 on request, and offer net terms on qualifying orders.
Send the TruMark model and the part. We'll scope the station.
