Clearview Plastics · xTool O1 Omni UV Printer Fume Control Enclosure
The xTool O1 Omni is a production machine: UV, UV DTF and, on the fabric edition, DTG and DTF, all from one desktop chassis. It works on your air the whole time it's switched on. UV ink carries a strong odor, the fluids that clean and moisturize the heads carry their own, and the printheads, the most expensive parts on the machine, sit at the mercy of the room's dust, temperature and humidity.
The Clearview enclosure puts the O1 Omni in a finished, controlled station. Odor and fumes stay contained so a filter or exhaust line can deal with them, dust stays off the media and out of the carriage, and you get a defined space to hold the conditions the heads were built for. It's a panel kit CNC-routed in Rocklin, California, and it ships with an adapter for the xTool SafetyPro AP2.
Four reasons to enclose it
Printer, inks, cleaning fluids and finished pieces in one enclosed station. Customers who walk past see production equipment, not a machine wedged between boxes. Ink mist settles inside the enclosure instead of on your shelves and stock.
UV ink carries a strong odor, and the fluids that clean and moisturize the heads add their own. The odor doesn't stop when the print does: ink sits in the lines and fluid sits at the capping station around the clock. The enclosure contains it, and a filter can reduce it or an exhaust run can carry it outside.
Dust on the media is a defect in every print, and debris near the head is a clog waiting to happen. The enclosure keeps the print surface and the carriage clean, and buffers the machine from drafts and swings in temperature that change how ink lays down.
The O1 Omni runs Epson F1080 heads: one on the Single UV edition, two on the Dual-Head UV and UV + DT Fabric editions. They perform best and last longest inside a set temperature and humidity range. Put a small humidifier, dehumidifier or heater inside and it works on the box, not the whole room. Fewer clogs, fewer head cleanings, and more life out of the parts that cost the most to replace.
A sealed box with nothing moving the air just stores fumes until you open it, then releases them into the room all at once. That's why these enclosures aren't gasketed. The filter or exhaust keeps air moving through the enclosure the whole time, so the air inside is being treated, not saved up for the moment the door opens.
Who it's built for
Client orders and production runs, where a reprint or a dead head eats the margin.
Customers in a storefront, employees at the next bench, or family when the shop is at home.
A retail space, a shared studio, or a dusty workshop the printer needs protecting from.
Fortune 500 companies, government labs and top universities run Clearview enclosures. So do physicians, attorneys, executives and senior engineers.
If your shop, school or lab answers to a safety review, the five-document UV Printer Safety Documentation Pack is written for exactly that conversation.
This enclosure sets over the xTool O1 Omni and its working area to contain ink and cleaning-fluid odor, keep dust off the media and the printheads, and give a filter or exhaust line one place to pull from. No drilling, no modification to the machine.
It fits all three editions: Single UV, Dual-Head UV, and UV + DT Fabric. They share one chassis, 714 × 374 × 468.5 mm (28.1″ × 14.7″ × 18.4″) and roughly 90 lb.
31″ W × 44″ D × 21″ H (785 × 1115 × 535 mm). The width takes the 28.1″ printer with room at the sides. The depth is the point: the O1's bed travels front to back, and this enclosure is sized so it does that inside the box, with working room for the rotary and roll-fed accessories.
Will it fit your table?
| Enclosure (W × D × H) | Min. table top (W × D) | Min. load rating |
|---|---|---|
| 31″ × 44″ × 21″ 785 × 1115 × 535 mm |
33″ × 46″ | 200 lb |
1/4″ clear acrylic is the base option. 1/4″ UV-blocking amber is the upgrade, and the pick if kids, pets or customers are near the printer, or if you're sensitive to UV light. Optical spectroscopy on our 6mm (1/4″) amber stock measured transmittance at 0.16% below 400nm and 0.11% below 450nm.
The enclosure's job is to contain. The filter or the duct does the rest. Concentrated in a box, odor and fumes can be absorbed by a filter or carried out of the room. Loose in the air, they can't be.
Pick the port location that suits your bench and cover the ones you don't use. Already own an AP2? Its 80mm hose goes straight onto the included adapter bracket and you're done. Open the sliding inlets so the exhaust has makeup air to pull; closed inlets choke the airflow. From there, duct out a window, run to a carbon filter with no window needed, or move air with a fan on the port. The 95 CFM fan is the right default for this enclosure. Step up to 200 CFM for long duct runs or a window kit with several bends.
6th base panel, rear access door, HD hardware upgrade (metal hinges, hex binding screws, metal door pulls), LED lighting, window exhaust kit, blast gate, 95 or 200 CFM fan, 90° elbow, 4″ to 3″ reducer, and a USB camera.
First units ship October 21, 2026. After that, standard lead time is 10 business days. It ships as a flat-pack panel kit and assembles with a Phillips screwdriver and a 2.5mm hex wrench.
Cut for the xTool O1 Omni specifically, not a universal cover. Designed around the doors it opens, the accessories it runs, and the room it needs to run them.

Every printed part is in the file repository you get after ordering. If one breaks or gets revised, print a new one.
Will it fit my edition of the O1 Omni?
Yes. Single UV, Dual-Head UV and UV + DT Fabric all use the same chassis.
Can I use the xTool AP2 air purifier I already own?
Yes. The AP2 adapter comes with the enclosure and connects your purifier to the exhaust port.
Will the exhaust affect my prints?
Our fans have speed control, so you set how much air moves through the enclosure. Every workspace is different, so expect a little adjustment to balance fume removal with print performance.
What is your return policy?
