ComMarker B4/B6 Galvo Laser Marker Engraver Enclosure with Laser viewing Window (Universal Fit)

Built for the ComMarker B4 and B6 fiber laser engravers — the compact 20W–100W galvo markers that put permanent metal marking on a desktop. The B-series is fast and bright, and at 1064 nm it is a Class 4 laser: the infrared beam is invisible, reflects off the very metal you're marking, and throws a plume of fine metal particulate every time it fires.

This enclosure wraps your B4 or B6 in commercial-grade panels with an OD7+ green viewing window rated for 1064 nm, so you can watch the job without risking your eyes even when the safety glasses are sitting on the bench. A built-in fume-extraction port pulls marking particulate straight out to a filter or window instead of into your lungs.

• Panels: 1/4" thick Aluminum Composite panels in white for robust construction, with an 11x11" laser-viewing acrylic window (OD7+ safety rating, 800nm-1100nm range, 30% transmittance) cut into the front door for safe visibility of the 1064nm fiber laser wavelength.
• Hardware: Rust-resistant screws and connectors for a durable, hassle-free assembly. Or upgrade to HD hardware to get metal hinges, more robust binding screw hardware, and metal door pulls.
• STL Files: Print your own 3D-printed brackets at home with our included STL files—easy to print and ideal for a quick setup with a basic slicer.

Assembly and Customization:

• Fast, Easy Setup: Assembles in about 20-30 minutes using only a Phillips screwdriver and/or a 2.5mm hex wrench. The enclosure assembles with  included printed 3D parts for a simple, tool-light process—no complex mods required.
• Customizable Ventilation: Includes a 4" exhaust bracket that easily fits onto a 4" exhaust hose on the rear panel.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels with masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged (after shipment) or the protective mask is removed, we cannot offer a refund.

Why is an enclosure necessary for fiber laser engraving?
