ComMarker Titan 1 MOPA Fiber Laser Enclosure with OD7+ Viewing Window

The ComMarker Titan 1 Enclosure by Clearview Plastics is our industrial-grade containment for ComMarker's flagship Titan 1 JPT MOPA — the 60W, 100W, and 200W production marker. At 200W you are running one of the highest-power desktop MOPA sources on the market, in a machine that arrives with no enclosure at all.

This is the enclosure for a shop that's running the Titan as a production tool. 1/4" aluminum composite panels, an OD7+ 1064 nm laser-safety viewing window, door gasketing, a 4" exhaust port, and an optional magnetic door interlock that ties straight into the Titan's rear enclosure connector. The Titan's power box stays on the floor where ComMarker intended it — only the tower goes inside.

Real laser-light containment — the OD7+ window

Unlike a hobby box, this enclosure is built for genuine beam containment. MOPA and fiber galvo markers are Class 4 lasers: 1064 nm is an invisible infrared beam that reflects off the very metal you're marking, straight back into the room.

• OD7+ viewing window (1064 nm) — an 11 × 11" laser-safety window (800–1100 nm, ~30% transmittance) so you can watch a fiber / MOPA job without the infrared reaching your eyes.
• Aluminum composite panels — opaque, rigid, and beam-stopping; not clear acrylic.
• Door gasketing — seals the door perimeter to keep fumes in and block stray light leakage around the edges.

Contain the fumes and soot

• 4" exhaust adapter — connects a flexible 4" hose on the rear panel to vent outdoors or to a filter.
• Fan & venting options — add a 95 CFM or 200 CFM fan, or our window exhaust kit, for the extraction your workload needs.
• Donaldson AD350 filter — step up to a heavier-duty Donaldson AD350 filtration unit purpose-built for laser marking when venting outside isn't an option.
• Flow-control vents — slide-open vents on the front and sides tune airflow for better extraction.

Frequently asked questions

Which window do I need for the ComMarker Titan 1?
The OD7+ window — it's rated for the 1064 nm infrared a fiber or MOPA source puts out. If you also run a 355 nm UV marker, we make an OD6+ UV window; tell us and we'll set it up.

Does this reclassify my Class 4 laser to Class 1?
No. This enclosure contains the beam, glare, and fumes and dramatically reduces stray-light exposure, but it is not certified to reclassify your laser or to meet ANSI standards. Always wear OD-rated safety glasses for your wavelength and follow Class 4 protocols. If you need a formally certified Class 1 solution, contact us about our Worksafe enclosure.

What are the exhaust and filtration options?
A 4" exhaust adapter is included to vent outside via a flexible hose. Add a 95 CFM or 200 CFM fan or our window exhaust kit, or step up to a heavy-duty Donaldson AD350 laser-rated filtration unit for indoor operation.

Can it act as a pass-through for long or oversized media?
Yes. Add the optional side doors — with two side doors, the enclosure opens on both sides so you can pass long or large stock straight through.

Can I get it assembled?
Yes. Choose the delivered-assembled option and it ships built and ready to use instead of flat-packed. You can also add a magnetic door interlock (2-wire lead) and extra seam sealing.

What if my machine doesn't measure the way you've listed it?
Send us your actual base width, depth, and standing height with the column at your normal working focus. We'll confirm the size before you order, and if nothing standard fits, we cut custom.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Unused, undamaged panels with the masking fully attached are eligible for a full refund less return shipping. If panels are damaged after shipment or the protective mask has been removed, we can't offer a refund.
