The xTool O1 Omni to SafetyPro AP2 Slip-On Reducer joins your O1 Omni UV printer's exhaust to the intake of the xTool AP2 air purifier in one push. No hose clamp to tighten, no screwdriver, no tape. It slides on, it stays on, and it comes off in seconds when you need to move the purifier or change a filter.
The O1 Omni and the AP2 are made by the same company, and they still don't meet each other directly — the exhaust and the intake are different diameters. This reducer closes that gap with a single tapered transition, so the air your printer pushes out goes into the filter instead of into your room.
UV-curable inks are acrylate-based. The O1 Omni moves that air out the back of the machine, and the AP2 is built to catch it — but only what actually reaches it. Every gap at a joint is a spot where exhaust leaks back into the room you are working in, upstream of the filter you paid for. A purifier is only as good as the fitting in front of it.
A tight slip fit does two jobs at once: it holds the purifier on without hardware, and it removes the leak path a loose or improvised connection leaves behind.
The reducer works the same way with the printer enclosed. Pair it with the xTool O1 Omni UV Printer Fume Control Enclosure to contain ink and cleaning-fluid odor around the whole machine, keep dust off the printheads, and send the exhaust through the AP2.
Venting outdoors instead of filtering? Our exhaust ducting, reducers and elbows take you from the printer to a window.
Yes. xTool lists the O1 Omni as compatible with the SafetyPro AP2 air purifier. This reducer gives you a direct, tool-free connection between the printer's exhaust and the purifier's intake.
No. Both ends are sized for a snug slip fit. Push it on, and it holds.
The taper is a gradual cone between the two diameters, not a sharp step, which keeps the transition from becoming a restriction at the joint.
Yes. If you would rather exhaust to a window, use standard ducting from the O1 Omni exhaust. See our exhaust ducting.
