Do you provide safety documentation for my printer or laser?
Yes. The Workplace Safety and Compliance Document Packs ($129 each, digital download) are written per machine type: FDM printers, resin printers, IPA wash stations, fiber lasers (1064 nm), UV lasers (355 nm), diode lasers (445 nm), CO2 lasers, UV inkjet printers, desktop CNC routers, and metal powder handling, plus machine-specific packs for the Bambu X1/P1, P2S, H2 series, A1 series, A2L, Creality SparkX i7, Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga, Centauri Carbon 2, Anycubic Kobra 3 / 3 Max, Snapmaker U1, Formlabs Form 4, eufyMake E1, and the common galvo laser markers. Each pack covers hazard analysis, engineering controls, PPE hazard assessment certification, program structure (including LSO designation for lasers), lockout/tagout, a training checklist, signage templates, and maintenance and incident logs, written against ANSI Z136.1-2022, IEC 60825-1, FDA 21 CFR 1040, and the OSHA General Duty Clause as applicable. The Safety Certified Compliance Bundle is the option to add the pack to an enclosure order at checkout.
Will this make my workplace OSHA compliant?
Compliance is something your organization demonstrates, not something a document or an enclosure confers. What the pack does is give you the written program an auditor or insurer asks to see — the hazard assessment, the controls, the training records, the procedures — built on the enclosure as the engineering control. Your safety officer reviews it against your installation and signs off.
Do you provide a Certificate of Conformance?
Yes. On request we issue a Certificate of Conformance for your order, stating that the enclosure was built to the agreed drawings and specifications at our shop in Rocklin, California, with raw material certifications kept on file.
Do you provide a Certificate of Origin for international shipments?
Yes. Clearview enclosure kits are manufactured in the USA, and we provide a Certificate of Origin (and a USMCA certification for Canada and Mexico) with the commercial invoice on request. Ask when you order and we'll include it with the shipping documents.
Do you have material safety or chemical compatibility information?
Yes. The site has chemical compatibility pages for polycarbonate, acrylic, and PVC, and a guide to fume and particulate mitigation for 3D printing, laser, and CNC workspaces.
