The Large enclosure for the xTool O1 Omni is 44 inches deep. Most desks are 24. Most workbenches are 30. The enclosure is sized that way for a reason: the O1's bed travels front to back, and the roll-fed UV DTF and rotary setups need room in front of the printer, not beside it. So the box is long, and the surface it needs is longer than almost anything already in the room.
Width gets the attention. Depth is what breaks the setup. An enclosure hanging a foot past the back edge of a bench is not untidy, it is a 90-pound printer with a moving bed sitting partly on air, and every time the bed runs to the rear of its travel it pushes mass toward the unsupported edge.
You are not choosing between this table and a cheaper table. You are choosing between this table and no surface in the house that actually fits.
The top extends exactly one inch past the enclosure on every side. Enough overhang to level, latch, and grip. Not so much that you have bought a piece of furniture you have to find room for.
The 32-inch frame is deliberate. The O1 Omni enclosure is short, so a slightly taller table keeps the bed and the media at working height and puts the top hatch at 53 inches, where you open it without bending or reaching.

Built on 40-series black aluminum extrusion with cast corner brackets and M8 hardware, the same structural system used for CNC machine frames and industrial workstations. Two crossmembers at each level span the 46-inch length, so the top is supported in three bays rather than across one long open span. The top is 3/4″ melamine: flat, sealed, wipes clean, and won't telegraph a heat cycle the way a raw wood top will.
The O1 Omni weighs about 90 lb on its own. Add the enclosure, ink, media, a roll feeder, and the bed carriage moving front to back across 16.5 inches of bed travel. This frame is specified for a 200 lb working load with margin for motion, because the number that matters isn't what the table holds sitting still, it's what it holds while a print carriage throws mass around on top of it.
Four leveling feet handle a floor that isn't as flat as you think it is. A bed that rocks under the head is a bed that bands across a print.
An enclosure contains the fumes. It doesn't make them disappear. UV ink carries a strong odor, the cleaning and moisturizing fluids carry their own, and the O1 runs head maintenance on its own schedule whether or not anyone is printing. The enclosure's job is to concentrate all of that where a duct or a filter can take it, which means the workstation under it has one job of its own: give the air somewhere to go.
The open frame gives a straight run from any of the enclosure's exhaust ports, whether that run goes to a window, a carbon filter, or the xTool AP2 purifier on its included adapter. The T-slot channels carry hose and cable alike, and the 46-inch top means the exhaust can leave from the back of the enclosure without the enclosure itself hanging off the bench. If other people share the room with this printer, that path is the difference between contained and merely covered.
Add a fully enclosed mid-shelf with smoked acrylic panels, French doors, and a keyed cam lock. Ink cartridges, cleaning fluid, media, baseplates, and the rotary attachment stay dust-free, out of sight, and secured. On this table the cabinet is 18.7 inches tall and runs the full depth of the table, which is where the roll feeder and the DTG tray live when they are not on the printer.
If you run this machine in a storefront, a shared studio, a classroom, or any shop where more than one person walks past it, you already know why that's on the list. Consumables walk. This is the version of the answer that doesn't involve a plastic bin and hope.
Your O1 Omni will not be your last machine. Two years from now there's a faster one with a different footprint, and the bench you bought for this one is either the right size by luck or it's scrap. Extrusion doesn't work that way. Every surface of this frame is a mounting rail. Re-drop the T-nuts, move a rail, add a shelf, hang a roll holder, bolt on a monitor arm, restretch it for the next machine. It reconfigures because it was designed to be reconfigured.
You're not buying a table for a printer. You're buying the bench that survives the next three.
Every extrusion arrives cut to final length, deburred, and labeled, with the leg bores already tapped for the feet. The top comes CNC-cut with threaded inserts installed. Brackets, T-nuts, and hardware are counted and bagged by step. Flat-pack keeps the freight sane and keeps the price honest: you're paying for aluminum and precision, not for air in a box.
Assembly takes one person about two hours with the included hex keys. No welding, no drilling, no cutting. If you can build the enclosure, you can build this. Prefer it built? Choose the assembled option and it arrives on a pallet, assembled and tested, ready for the enclosure to set on top.
Cut, kitted, and shipped by the same shop that makes your enclosure. Same tolerances, same people, same phone number when you have a question. Backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee and a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
Running the Compact enclosure instead? It fits a standard desk, and if you still want the table, send us a note and we'll size one to it. We build these for any enclosure in our catalog, and for machines that aren't. Send us your model and we'll confirm the exact footprint, height, and load rating before you order.
