Laser Engraver and Laser Marker Enclosures

Two families: gantry-style diode laser engravers (xTool, Ortur, AtomStack, and similar) and galvo-style fiber and UV laser markers (ComMarker, Cloudray, Keyence, and similar). Laser enclosures ship with CNC cut panels, assembly hardware, and all the brackets needed for assembly.

Do you have an enclosure for my diode laser engraver?

Yes. The Universal Laser Engraver Enclosure V3 (starting at $499) fits the 400 mm class of gantry engravers, with magnetically latched front and top doors, two 4" exhaust ports, adjustable airflow vents, and wire grommets. There are universal-fit listings for the Ortur Laser Master 3 / LE and H10, Creality Falcon 2, ACMER P2, AtomStack A30 Pro / S10 Pro / X70, Ikier K1 Pro / X5 Pro, Algolaser Delta / Alpha, Longer Ray5 and Nano Pro, Laser Pecker LX1, Elegoo Phecda, OMTech Light B10, Beaverlab Davcarve L1, and the xTool D1 Pro (V3 kit, starting at $549).

For longer-bed engravers, the Extended Laser Engraver Enclosure Kit V3 (starting at $799) covers the xTool D1 Pro extended, NEJE 3/4 Max, Algolaser Alpha, Ikier K1 extended, and AtomStack X40 Max.

I have an xTool P2, Glowforge, or Gweike Cloud. Do you make something for those?

Yes — supplemental enclosures that go around the manufacturer's own housing to add fume control and a clean exhaust path: xTool P2 / P2S, Glowforge Pro / Plus, and Gweike Cloud, each starting at $565. Check the page for current availability.

Do you have an enclosure for my fiber laser marker or UV laser marker?

Yes. The UV/Fiber Galvo Laser Marker Enclosure with laser viewing window (starting at $1,159) is the universal fit for galvo markers, with tailored listings for ComMarker B4 / B6 and Titan, Haotian, Monport, Boss Laser, and Keyence. The window's optical density rating and wavelength are stated on the product page.

For UV markers, the UV Laser Marker Enclosure with laser-filtering OD3+ acrylic (starting at $1,090) has listings for the Cloudray UV-5, Boss Laser UV, Aeon ST series, Haotian, Keyence MD-U, and ComMarker Omni 1.

A double-bay fiber laser enclosure covers two markers side by side. Every galvo enclosure includes a magnetic door interlock; see the interlock and laser safety pages for how it works and what the enclosure does and doesn't certify.

I have an infrared (1064 nm) module on a gantry laser. Does a clear enclosure work?

No. Clear and tinted acrylic and polycarbonate are transparent at 1064 nm — they look like a wall to you and an open window to the beam. For IR and fiber wavelengths the walls are aluminum composite panels (opaque metal skin) and the only thing you look through is a purpose-built laser safety window. The Universal Laser Engraver Enclosure V3 offers an ACM panel option for IR-equipped diode machines; the fiber marker enclosures are built this way as standard.

How do I connect my laser enclosure to a fume extractor?

Every Clearview laser enclosure has 4" exhaust ports. Connect a 4" hose to a window insert, an inline fan, or a fume extractor — the xTool AP2 smoke purifier adapter ($39.99) and the laser engraver exhaust brackets (from $19) fit the common extractors, and the Donaldson BOFA AD350 is the commercial-grade extractor we sell for laser work. The bolt-on hose adapter is included on laser enclosures.

Can I add a camera for LightBurn?

Yes. The USB camera for laser engravers ($119) mounts in the enclosure lid and works with LightBurn's camera alignment.
